72 Cavity Preform Mould

SinoPK is a leading preform mould maker in China, with rich experience for PET preform mould from 2 cavity to 144 cavity. To make a good 72 cavity preform mould, the key technical points are as below:

1. Hot runner system
The hot runner system is the most important among all the aspects for 72cavity preform mould. A good hot runner should make sure the balance material flowing in manifold and strict temperature controlling.  A good preform hot runner is also vital to prevent material overflowing, especially when machine do mould opening and charging at same time.

2. Precise tooling
For the preform, the tolerance for each preform should be very small (less than 0.02g) to make sure balance injection and good blowing effect. Sino use advance equipment from Japan for high speed tooling. All the preform made by Sino needs only 1 test without any second ajustment for weight.
