For oil cap , which is usually applied in food packing such as for edible oil or salad oil, or some other sauce. So we suggest using imported stainless steel for main core and cavity inserts, for the mold base it could be normal steel or stainless steel based on customer requirement.

And for the cap, usually the price is very low but with big demand. So we suggest to use hot runner point gate or valve gate for the oil cap moulds, so there will be no material waste. Also no need to separate the gate with parts, which could save a lot cost.
