Taking push pull cap mould for examples, Sino offers best moulds in the market with hot runner system, anti-rust stainless steel S136… For each cavity,  there is separate hot runner controller which could sense and control temperate accurately. We have make 12 cavity push pull cap, 16 cavity push pull cap, 24 cavity sport push pull cap moulds…Each cavity are dependently. If any cavity is damaged, you could have spare parts to replace the damaged one with new parts and recover production quickly. You don’t need to take the complete mould to repair. so it will be easy for cap mould maintenance and repairing.
