Sino has experience for 5 gallon cap for 4 cavities, 8 cavities, 16 cavities, 24 cavities, 32 cavities, 48 cavities…Our 5 gallon cap moulds has features as below:

1.     Full automatic hot runner system with heaters from Germany. The gate finish is very small and beautiful; there is no need to cut the gate manually. There will be no material waste for sprue also.

2.     Advanced and accurate PID temperature controller, one controller for one cavity and even heating system for hot manifold

3.     Stainless steel S136 made by Stavax in Sweden for core and cavity. 1.2311 steel for mould base platen with strict dimension controlling. And mould base and spare parts used are measure up as DME standard.

4.     Rich experience for different cavity number cap mould. And our moulds are supplied to customers from Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Mexico… every year we make over 50sets of 5 gallon cap moulds and 300sets of cap moulds.
