PP Container Mould

SINO offers high quality PP food container production line for our customer, from PP disposable container moulds, high speed injection machine and necessary accessories.

PP containers have different design, such as round, rectangular, square, oval… which is often used in packing food, fruit, cookies… the most common volume are 250ml, 450ml, 750ml, 1000ml, 1500ml… the thickness is around 0.31mm to 0.65mmm. Usually for small container, the thickness is thinner and for bigger container, the thickness will be thicker… usually for disposable container, high MFI material used for best material blowing effect. But the higher MFI, it will more crispy. So it is very important to find a balance.

PP disposable container mould

To make PP disposable container mould, the most widely used steel is S136, 1.2344, H13… and we will suggest to insert cooper beryllium on the top of core for better cooling effect. The gate usually is hot runner point and valve gate. Valve gate is better for very thin container and multi-cavity solution for fast material filling effect and beautiful gate finish. Common cavity number is like 2cavity, 4 cavity, 6 cavity and 8 cavity.

PP container production line including high quality moulds, injection machine(we will suggest high speed injection machine), autoloader, chiller, dose, crusher, air compressor with air tank, filter and air dryer… Robot and conveyor system is also sternly recommended for fully automatic production line, which is protect for moulds.
