For neck screw base, we suggest to use neck screw use DIN1.2083 with tempered HRC45, which is stainless steel also .Mould base is DIN 2311 with precision grinding machine with each plate thickness tolerance 0.015mm for a plate size 500x500x40mm with HRC 32...We use different steel for different parts to make sure each part will work at best condition.
2.Adopt valve gate for beautiful gate finish, tail free mould. There will be no need to cut the tail.
3.Anole hot runner system, with Germany Hotset heating elements with guarantee for over 18months
4.Optimized cooling system for best cooling effect, With spiral cooling channel in the cavity for best cooling effect
