1. S136 stainless steel made in Sweden with hardness HRC 48-52
2. Anole hot runner system, with German heating system. Sino will offer warranty for our hot runner system, 24 hour available for after sales service.
3. Rich experience in cap mould with cavity number like 16cavity, 24 cavity, 32 cavity, 48 cavity and 72 cavity. Every year we make around 500 sets of cap moulds.
4. Advanced equipment from Germany, Italy and Japan such as Fidia high speed CNC milling machine, Sodick EDM, Wire cutting and engraving machine, Mazak high speed lathe machine precise tooling with strict dimension controlling
5. Unscrewing ejection solution and auto-close solution
6. Offer a certain qty of spare parts with moulds, such as core inserts, cavity inserts, heater, thermocouple…if any parts damaged, you could replace easily and restart production in shortest time.
7. 1 year warranty. We will offer new parts for free if any parts damaged because of quality problem. 24 hours available if you need any technical support.
