5 Gallon Preform Mould

SinoPK offer 5 gallon preform moulds with injection machine for 2 cavity, 4 cavity and 8 cavity molding solution.

Sino 5 gallon preform moulds have features as below:
1.Special valve gate hot runner system designed for heavy weight preform moulds above 2 cavities. Compared with normal PCO preform mould, 5 gallon preform is much heavier with very big thickness with 650-750g. So for 19L/20L bottle preform, a good hot runner system is very important to make sure easy material flowing and beautiful gate finish.

2.Strict dimension controlling. We use advanced equipment from Japan for preform tooling to ensure the dimension of preform moulds, so there will be strict tolerance control,. The weight will go beyond the tolerance. For big preform, weight is very important. If the tolerance is too big, there will be problem, if too much weight, it will cause big cost in material. But if too less, there will be problem for blowing especially for big bottle. And a good dimension for thickness is very helpful during the blowing stage for easily stretching

3.Optimal cooling system
For thickness wall preform, the cooling effect is a key factor; otherwise the production time will be very long. A good design cooling channel will help bring heat quickly and reach  good effect, shorten production cycle time with high productivity.
