Annually, we made more than 600 sets of various preform moulds such like 5 gallon preform mould, wide mouth preform mould, 1881 preform mould, CSD preform mould...Sino has developed standard system for making PET preform mould, from design, tooling, QC…There are strict standard for each step.

Sino has strong design capability For PET preform. There are many international neck standards. As long as you tell us which standard you need, we could directly make the design the neck for you. If you could tell your target weight and bottle shape, we could even design whole preform and bottle for you.

48 cavity preform mould

Besides for product, we also have ready standard for mould design. In usual case, it will only take 1-2 days to finish product design and moulds design. Taking 48 cavity preform mould as example, for 1881 or 1880 neck preform 20g, our mould size is around 860*495*530mm. DKM268T PET injection machine will be OK. Output will be around 4320pcs/hour. For 40g 24 cavity preform mould, mould size will be around 860*515*560mm, DKM380T PET injection machine will require. Output will be around 2880pcs/hour.
