There are two ways
to make 5 gallon bottle: by injection & blowing and by extrusion. Here we
will introduce the first way. Compared the 2nd way, 5 gallon bottle
made by injection& blowing looks more beautiful, with better surface finish,
uniform neck size and standard…which is very popular in the market. The 5
gallon bottle is made by 2 steps, first step is make preform and second step to
blow the preform to mineral water bottle.
To make preform,

preform, such as 1 cavity, 2 cavity and 4 cavity to meet different output
requirement

injection machine. The preform is made by PET injection machine and moulds.
Sino offers different size of injection machine for different moulds such as
450T, 650T. And there is also standard type and servo motor type for injection
machine.

Besides
moulds and machine, you also need some auxiliary equipment, such as loader for
feeding the raw material, dryer and dehumidifier to dry the material, chiller
to cooling the moulds and machine…

Robot to
pick the preform upon client request so there is no need hire employee
Blowing molding machine & moulds. In this
step, you will blow the preform to bottle with blowing moulds and machine. There
are semi-automatic blowing and fully automatic blowing molding machine for
different output requirement.
