Double Color Cap Mold Maker China

SINO double color cap adopt hot runner system with one tip hot nozzle for each cap, which means each cap is controlled individually. And the heating elements are HOTSET brand from Germany. For each mound we will offer hot runner controller to control the hot runner system temperature, which is specially designed for each mold. And we have Mold –flow analysis for injection system simulation to make sure balance flowing.

For the double color cap molds, we mainly adopts S136 stainless steel imported for core and cavity, and for sleeve and other some other critical movable parts, SKD61 is used, for the mould base we usually adopt 1.2311 to make sure long mold life under high speed running.

For the cooling system of double color cap molds, each cavity have indepedent cooling system, to make sure the best cooling effect, which also make it very easy for maintenance in future.

Each cavity is inserted independently also, and all the cavities are interchangeable. If any cavity is damaged, they could easily replace the damaged parts with the spare parts. And only need to change the inserts, no need to change the complete core and cavity.

5 Gallon Cap Mould Maker

SINO is professional in making multi-cavity solution for 5 gallon cap moulds from 4cavity to 48cavity, among which 16cavity, 24cavity and 32cavity are the most popular models. Usually for 5 gallon cap, LDPE material is used. LDPE have good flexibility but low MFI. Usually we will suggest using hot runner point gate or shutting off valve gate for 5 gallon moulds with Germany heating elements.

For the multi-cavity mould, the most important thing is the precise dimension controller for the moulds to make sure the entire cavity will work perfectly. How to make a perfect solution line for our customer? Let me show you example, 24cavity PET Preform Production Line is for our customer from Chile. Hope it will help you.

For 24cavity 32.5g PET preform mould, the cycle time is rough 25-30s.we use S136 stainless steel for cav/cor parts; 2311 for mould base. With optimized cooling system and well-design, the preform molding line could run efficiency.

For PET injection machine, we choose our brand dakumar 250T PET servo motor injection machine, which can save energy 20%-70% . (The mould needs injection weight around 1050g, and our 250T PET injection machine injection weight 1160g.It can meet mould that needs injection weight. The electricity consumption of machine will be around 15kw.) These machines have features, which is designed for PET preform moulds with European standard high precession controlling system, large injection unit, bigger servo motor and strong screw to ensure fast cycle time and high coordinating with the PET preform moulds.

For 24cavity 32.5g PET preform production line, it need auto-loader STL-450, dryer SHD-400KG, PET dehumidifier-400, all in one(optional), chiller SC-15WCl, mixer SHS-150, water town, air compressor and air dryer and air tank and air filter (high pressure air stock and clean), robot to pick products and make products cool down,...
