SINO double color cap adopt hot runner system with one tip hot nozzle for each cap, which means each cap is controlled individually. And the heating elements are HOTSET brand from Germany. For each mound we will offer hot runner controller to control the hot runner system temperature, which is specially designed for each mold. And we have Mold –flow analysis for injection system simulation to make sure balance flowing.
For the double color cap molds, we mainly adopts S136 stainless steel imported for core and cavity, and for sleeve and other some other critical movable parts, SKD61 is used, for the mould base we usually adopt 1.2311 to make sure long mold life under high speed running.

For the cooling system of double color cap molds, each cavity have indepedent cooling system, to make sure the best cooling effect, which also make it very easy for maintenance in future.
Each cavity is inserted independently also, and all the cavities are interchangeable. If any cavity is damaged, they could easily replace the damaged parts with the spare parts. And only need to change the inserts, no need to change the complete core and cavity.
