No Tail Preform Mould China

SinoPK, as a leading preform mould maker in China, developed new design no tail preform mould for customers all over the world. 

For the old design preform mould, there is tail on the preform, the operator needs to cut the tail on the preform each time. And the tail will cause a lot preform on the preform mould. Also Long cooling time is required for the tail; otherwise the tail will break easily during production. So this kind of design is out of date because of low efficiency.

With our new design, there is no tail at all. So the is no problem for the break problem, and the cooling time will be much shorter and the productivity of preform mould will also be much higher.

The key technical point for no tail preform mould is to apply valve gate system. Sino use Anole valve gate system with Germen heating elements on our preform mould, which not only sovle the problem of tail, but also grantee the high stable performance of our PET preform mould. The preform made by valve gate system is more beautiful than normal design.

We have make preform moulds for different types, such as PCO28 neck, ROPP neck and different weigh and volume, such as 12g 330mml, 21g 500ml, 90g 5L, 750g 5 gallon preform, etc.. and different mouth diameter, such as 80mm, 110mm, 45mm….ranges from 1 cavity to 72cavity, 96cavty and 128 cavity
