For 750g 5 gallon preform mould, it can be made into 1 cavity or 2 cavities. There are two different ways to make 5 gallon PET preform for different cavity. If make 1 cavity 5 gallon preform mould, we will choose 1 tip hot runner, but will have tail on the injection position. If you want no tail on the preform, you could choose 2 cavities, it can be made into hot runner valve gate, no need to cut gate for the 5 gallon PET preform.

To make PET preform mould, we have specialized branch, named Sino-PK. We have made PET preform mould from 2cavity to 144cavity. We use valve gate system and advanced hot runner. The mould features are with:

The main steel of PET preform mould is S136, stainless steel, made in Sweden, with hardness HRC 48-51. It can make sure long life guarantee and good polish.

For machining of machine, we use advanced precise equipment, like Mazak high speed grinding machine from Japan, Sodick EMD from Japan and so on.

The hot runner system, we use valve gate and advance hot runner heating elements from Germany.
