To
make PET preform mould, we have specialized branch, named Sino-PK. We have made
PET preform mould from 2cavity to 144cavity. We use valve gate system and
advanced hot runner. The mould features are with:
The
main steel of PET preform mould is S136, stainless steel, made in Sweden, with
hardness HRC 48-51. It can make sure long life guarantee and good polish.
For
machining of machine, we use advanced precise equipment, like Mazak high speed
grinding machine from Japan, Sodick EMD from Japan and so on.
The
hot runner system, we use valve gate and advance hot runner heating elements
from Germany.

As you know, PET material has specialized performance, so we need PET injectionmolding machine for PET preform. For example, 72cavity PET preform with 21.5g or 26g, we use our dakumar 650T PET servo energy saving injection molding machine, the cycle time can reach 20s. And necessary assembling machine includes loader, water chiller, dryer, air compressor + air dryer + air tank + air filter, cooling water tower + water pumps, robot and so on.
For
